Doors from the „50“ Series are designed for entrance doors in living and administrative buildings. These doors are characterised with a very good insulation indices: sound insulation Rw=28dB, thermal insulation K=1,14W/m2°C as well as a thirty minutes fire-resistance certifcate. Doors from the „50“ Series can be destinguished by its thicker steel construction – 50 mm. This allows for:
- better mechanical stability;
- mounting of an anti-drilling plate in the lock's area;
- two-side trilateral sealing (on the leaf and the frame);
- adjustable threshold and a deviatior;
- installation of an electromechanical locking system.
Locking
Safe-type lock
Standard lock – a four-turn trilateral mortise safe lock with an asymmetrical key;
“Office” lock - the standard lock with an additional blocking mechanism;
“Ti Cambio” lock - a changeable code mortise safe lock. This lock’s code can be easilychanged without disassembling of the door.
“Garant” lock - the standard lock with an additional feature – a decoding device made oftempered steel. It is installed in front of the lock’s aperture. This device“identifies” the original key and stops any different object from reaching thelock’s core.
 
Profile cylinder lock
The lock we are ready to offer you in caseyou request a cylinder lock locking system is called Ti Blocco and isproduced by CR-Serrature, Italy. Its name in English means „I blockyou“. Its most important feature is that if there is an attempt offorce entry through the profile cylinder the lock is blocked. That ishow the door remains locked even if the cylinder is removed or broken.
What is the difference between safe-type lock anda profile cylinder lock?The difference between safe locks and cylinder locks is that theircodes are situated in different places – with safe locks it is situatedinside the lock and with cylinder locks it is inside the profilecylinder itself. That makes the cylinder, together with its protectiveplate, the most obvious and therefore the most vulnerable spot of thewhole locking system. That is why we have selected a profile cylinderthat corresponds to our image of a producer of doors of high qualityand of high security class. It is produced by one of the global leadersin profile cylinders manufacture – the Finnish company Abloy.The „Abloy Protec“ cylinder has an unique profile with no analogue on the market. The profile cylinder locking system is offered in a set witha mortise lock, protective plate, Abloy cylinder, rossettes, cylinder holder.
 
Additional locks
The additional locks that Solid 55 offers you are of two types: for comfort and for additional safety. The additional lock for comfort is a single cylinder deadbolt lock which is of comparatively low security category and does not bring safety. Its function is to give you comfort thanks to that you won't have to lock the main mechanism but just turn the deadbolt's handle when you enter your home.
The additional lock for safety is a safe locking mechanism. By combining two safe locks or a profile cylinder lock „Ti Blocco“ and a safe lock you protect your home more than good.
IPS
Electromechanical lock – this lock is SOLID’s elaboration. It has the purpose of developing a new door class – the intelligent doors.
The unique element in these doors is the electromechanical lock, developed by SOLID with the purpose of creating a new class intelligent doors. This system is founded on an electromechanical lock installed into door's leaf and operated by a control unit. When a signal is received, it's authenticity is being checked and depending on the result access is allowed or denied. Entry of users in the data base is strictly controlled and performed exclusively by the door's owner. The system works through main power supply – 220 V
